I am so happy with my purchase! The tub is nice and deep so it’s very easy to get fully immersed. The chiller is easy to run and set up. The customer support has been superb. I have been using a Rubbermaid tub for about a year, waiting to see if plunging would turn into a habit. Once I was sure it was, it was so easy to justify the expense — bags of ice add up! Now I don’t need to waste water and save in the long-term on ice and maintenance! Thank you!

SO happy with this purchase. everything about it has been very simple and better than I thought. Super cold exposure available whenever I want. No messing with ice etc. Also very nice to have heat therapy too but admittedly I don't use it. The app function is very convenient if you unexpectedly decide you want to get it cold and you are not at home.
I have mine set to run a few hours a day at night until I wake up (which is when i plunge) Also electricity is cheaper in middle of the night. For those that care (I did) , it's a very nice-looking unit. Mine is in a place where others can see it and its very nice looking, quality unit.

All my questions answered up front and after set up. Very good quality tub and cooler/heater. Easy start to finish...Couldn’t be happier!

This tub is amazing. I live in south Florida and this thing has zero problem staying bellow 50 even when its 90 + out side.

The MOST amazing plunge!

We moved to texas in the middle of the hottest summer on record, and the cryospring cold plunge saved my life! This cold plunge is big enough for 2, and chills quickly and effectively, and the temperature can be accurately set. Now that it has cooled off , i've turned it into a hot tub, and it has just been a lovely experience all around. Also, the customer service is outstanding! adam has answered every question in a prompt manner. i couldnt be happier! recommending it to all of my health conscious friends!!!!

Since the first plunge, I've been doing them daily since. Adam was very helpful when I had questions cleaning the system and troubleshooting. The Wifi is an awesome feature too because the app on your phone allows for a timer to be set for when the plunge comes on. Always ready in the morning as soon as I wake up to get the day started.

I have been intreagued about the concept of cold plunging for a while now. It's hard to explain how good I feel after using this for a couple of weeks. I am 6 feet tall and 280lbs so I wanted to make sure I bought something that seemed big enough and sturdy enough to give this a legitimate trial. It has been absolutely fantastic! Yes, it's plenty big enough... and yes, it's VERY sturdy. I did not purchase the "chiller / filter" because I wanted to make sure I would actually use the "tub" first before investing in the chiller. I have to say that the experience has been awesome so far. I couldn't be happier!! If you are looking to give this a try, this is absolutelyl the way to go.

I’m loving this plunge, I jump in it every morning! Definitely recommend it and it’s big enough for two people.

It’s a nice inflatable ice bath with good build quality. I had some issues with water leaking but customer care was responsive and took care of my issue quickly.

I was afraid it might be unstable but I had no issues with it. It seems to be well built. And it also comes with the cover to keep the temperature and keep the bugs and dirt away.

Bought a different plunge and returned it after frustration bc wouldn’t cool to set temp. I live in Texas so keeping something in the low 40’s is tough.

Couldn’t be happier with this product. Get the cover for the tub, it helps maintain temp also.

I would put pics in the instructions, it would make installation easier.
