First, the tub is SO big and roomy.
Second, it chills so fast.
Third, it stays clean. The pump is churning through gallons of water and that is key. Because the tub keeps the water so cold, the chiller isn't trying to chase the pump output. It's just a brilliant design. You need the pump to be that awesome or else the water is going to get gross, fast. But, if the pump is moving that much water, most tubs have to do a 3 HP cooler just to keep up, and that is terribly expensive and loud, and just covering up a bad design. This is an experience, not a tub. It is consistenly cold, consistently clean, always roomy, and it just works. Plus, the customer service has been SO amazing. At any time, I can reach the team at CryoSpring and I get a real human who gives a real response, and helps me solve my problems. Also, my problems are always my fault, lol. The tub is perfect. The motor is perfect. The pump is perfect. The water is clear. The water is cold. My wife is happy. Nuf said.

I am happy with my cryospring product, customer support, durability, easy of installation, design, EVERYTHING! from having questions answered prior to my order, to was of delivery, self set up was a breeze (I think took under 20 minutes), to getting my first plunge!!!!!
Also I wish it was advertised more but you can set the temp setting HIGH to make it like a hot tub feature. How cool is that???
