I am happy with my cryospring product, customer support, durability, easy of installation, design, EVERYTHING! from having questions answered prior to my order, to was of delivery, self set up was a breeze (I think took under 20 minutes), to getting my first plunge!!!!!
Also I wish it was advertised more but you can set the temp setting HIGH to make it like a hot tub feature. How cool is that???

I've been using a cheap inflatable tub and all-in-one chiller for the past year and just got the Cryospring tub after replacing my old chiller pump 3x and constantly needing to air up my tub. What an upgrade! It did cost nearly 2x of my old setup, but the quality is definitely there. This thing is going to last me a long time!
Been loving the Cryspring Barton Cold Plunge. Looks fantastic, feels great. All the parts are of incredibly high quality - I look forward to using this in my recovery routine for a long time!
Love this cold plunge! The design is simple and efficient! It’s gets seriously cold and can stay cold. The locking lid is a plus and it’s spacious enough for two people. Highly recommend!!

1hp Cold Plunge Chiller and Heater Others really don't compare. I sent back a Penguin chiller because it was way too loud and bought this specifically because I was told it is much quieter. It did not disappoint.. this thing is near silent and takes no time at all to cool or heat to whatever temp you desire. I also just had a really nice customer service experience on top of it. I use this with an Ice Barrel 300 and loving this combo!

The company I originally purchased my plunge from is no longer in business and not there to support their customers. I got very lucky, searching the Internet and found Cyrospring. I left a message with their customer service and they contacted me right back and had me send pictures of my chiller . He walked me through what I needed to look for to repair my chiller and find the correct parts. If you’re looking for a great company to help you with your Cold Plunge , I could not recommend them more. Thank you for being there for the Cold Plunge community

1hp Cold Plunge Chiller and Heater I am so happy with my purchase! The tub is nice and deep so it’s very easy to get fully immersed. The chiller is easy to run and set up. The customer support has been superb. I have been using a Rubbermaid tub for about a year, waiting to see if plunging would turn into a habit. Once I was sure it was, it was so easy to justify the expense — bags of ice add up! Now I don’t need to waste water and save in the long-term on ice and maintenance! Thank you!

1hp Cold + Hot Plunge System SO happy with this purchase. everything about it has been very simple and better than I thought. Super cold exposure available whenever I want. No messing with ice etc. Also very nice to have heat therapy too but admittedly I don't use it. The app function is very convenient if you unexpectedly decide you want to get it cold and you are not at home.
I have mine set to run a few hours a day at night until I wake up (which is when i plunge) Also electricity is cheaper in middle of the night. For those that care (I did) , it's a very nice-looking unit. Mine is in a place where others can see it and its very nice looking, quality unit.
