Cryospring Shipping Policy


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (available at checkout where applicable).

  • Large Item Freight Shipping (for cold tubs and equipment): Delivery times vary by location. Our team will contact you to coordinate freight delivery and provide tracking.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, etc.).


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be available on request — please contact us at support@cryospring.com for a custom quote.


Freight Deliveries (Cold Tubs & Large Equipment)

  • Large items ship via freight carriers.

  • Curbside delivery is standard; carriers are not responsible for bringing items indoors or upstairs.

  • White Glove deliver is available; select white-glove delivery at checkout for placement of The Barton in your desired wellness area and for packaging materials to be hauled away. White-glove delivery does not include assembly and is limited to first floor deliveries only.

  • Please ensure you or a representative is available to accept and sign for delivery.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival.

  • If you notice damage, note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately at support@cryospring.com with photos.

  • Cryospring is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Promotional offers (such as free shipping) will be clearly indicated at checkout.
